1. Branding: I’ll ask you to supply any brand guidelines you have before we begin. If you don’t have any, that’s not a problem — simply supplying your logo, letterhead, or complimentary card will suffice.

2. Photography: If you have an image library, I’ll need access to it. If you don’t, we can look at sourcing images for you from the internet.

3- Content: If you have planned your content with sitemaps and documents for each page, that’s great! If not, I will ask for a simple content plan. This will show us what should go on each page.

I collaborate with you to understand your business and your objective for the website. This is typically achieved through a meeting/call.

2. Planning & Design
After gaining a good understanding of the brief, we kick off the planning phase. I come up with the UI design and the client confirms the functional requirements. The client has a say in the design of the website, so I send designs to the client for feedback. Once client feedback is received, designs are tweaked if necessary. We continue this process until the client is completely pleased and signs off the designs.

3. Development
At this phase, front-end and back-end development is done, pages are created, and content is uploaded.

4. Testing
After the development phase comes the QA and testing phase. The developed website goes through thorough tests including functionality, browser compatibility, speed, and mobile usability. Required modifications are made and the website is ready for launch.
